I have to say the service provided to my Father is & always has been excellent, overall the careers are very polite & engaging with my dad who I'm sure can be a bit trying at times but I know he is very happy with the arrangements you have put in place for him.
They are conscientious and efficient we have a good rapport with each other, always laughing, and they can't do enough for me. Always sad to see them leave, all odd jobs that I request are done, excellent cups of tea are made for me, and my medications made ready for me. Just wanted to give my feedback on your carer Joyce. She has an excellent manner and kind disposition with the patient. Her care and compassion shines through. She is a credit to your organisation. There is another carer who I have met too -also has a lovely way with patient AB, and again is an excellent carer. Can't remember her name. But she is from Kenya. Lovely to see good quality carers in the community. Thank you.
